Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Orcedes Management Agency LLC aims to ensure client satisfaction. Refunds are handled on a

case-by-case basis.

Service-Based Refunds:

Refunds may be considered if no work has started. Once services begin (document prep, filings, etc.),

refunds are not available.

Digital Products:

All downloadable items and templates are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule appointments. Missed or late cancellations

may incur fees.

Payment Plans for Select Services

To better accommodate our clients, we offer flexible payment plans for select services. These plans are designed to make our offerings more accessible while maintaining transparency and ease of payment.

Eligibility

Payment plans are available for specific services and are subject to a minimum service amount. Please inquire with our team to determine eligibility.

Structure
